Today we’re looking at the Matrix Homepage and the Market Watch widget.
1. Market Watch allows you to keep track of changes happening in YOUR local Market area.
2. Initially, your Market Watch will show you changes over our entire MLS, but you can choose to further customize to a specific area.
3. Looking at your Market Watch widget on the homepage, choose a property type from the dropdown menu and click Customize.
4. Choose YOUR specific area. If you only want to see a specific county, or just one city, or a combination of counties and cities, select them on your search screen and click SAVE.
5. Once you customize your Market Watch it will display listing changes that have happened in YOUR specified area.
