STAY TUNED as we continue to monitor the Corporate Transparency Act! We are expecting that on or around March 21, 2025, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”) will provide guidance on the CTA’s reporting requirements.  In the meantime, FinCEN announced that it will not issue any fines, penalties, or enforcement against reporting companies and owners for failing to file Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reports by March 21, 2025.
