A Certified Distressed Property Expert® is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today’s market, specifically short sales

CDPE course regularly sells for $499. An agreement entered with the Miami Association of REALTORS is making the Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE®) Course available to its members for only $49.00*

*Membership in the CDPE is NOT included. 
 
After completing the course, if you would like to become a CDPE Member and have access to the benefits listed below, you would need to purchase the upgrade package.

Your Miami Member special price would be only $249 for the first year and $99 per year thereafter. Upgrading is optional but highly recommended.
