This course is designed as a practical introduction to Commercial Real Estate for any agent, broker, or manager who intends to be involved in the commercial market. During this session we will breakdown the key components of the commercial real estate business as we introduce many of the concepts, tools and resources needed to pursue a commercial transaction or a career in commercial real estate.

  • Zero in on the practical implications of Commercial Contracts & Clauses
  • Breakdown Case Studies of real world transactions to gain a practical understanding of the commercialreal estate business
