Browser Specific and Screen Resolution Issues

The IMAPP application runs in most modern, industry standard web browsers. There can be some issues that could interfere with some aspect of the application.

Some browsers include additional settings to limit trackers and other web features. These features may interfere with some IMAPP functionality, in particular the on-screen help system, which requires “tracking” what part of the IMAPP page you are on to load customized suggestions.

In particular, some versions of Microsoft Edge browser may require you to adjust your settings to “Balanced” instead of “Strict” to allow for the Help system to work. Other Browser may have comparable settings you can adjust if you experience difficulties.

To toggle to IMAPP New Release Version in the platform,
1. Use the bar on the top of the IMAPP page “You now have access to beta version of the new IMAPP. Click help to opt into testing.”
2. Select “Use Beta Version”.

To toggle back to IMAPP Classic in the platform,
1. Use the Settings button in the upper right side of the IMAPP page.
2. Navigate to the Account Settings Popup, then Select Settings and System Defaults.
3. Click on the “Revert to Using Old System”.
4. Click on the “Use Release Version” to use new interface.
